This game prototype was made in Unity in one week for my Game Design Capstone at the University of Texas at Dallas. I could make any game design related project that I would work alone on for a full semester.
The project is a prototype combat system for a fast-paced boss fight oriented game. I took inspiration from the game Furi which has distinct ranged and melee phases of combat and I wanted to expand upon that by forcing the player weave between the two modes.
